Our Adoption Process
We take placing our puppies seriously. Our goal is not just to find homes — it’s to find the right homes where our puppies will thrive for life.
1. Initial Inquiry
We start with a conversation. When you reach out, we’ll ask a few questions about your home, lifestyle, and experience with dogs. This helps us understand if one of our puppies is a good fit for you.
2. Meet & Greet
We offer meet-and-greet opportunities either in person or virtually. This gives you a chance to meet the puppies, see how they’re being raised, and ask any questions you may have.
3. Matching Process
We do not place puppies on a “first come, first served” basis. Each puppy has a unique temperament, and we match them to homes based on personality, energy level, and suitability — not just preference.
4. Updates & Selection Timing
Puppies are not selected immediately after birth. As they grow (around 4–6 weeks), we begin evaluating temperament and structure. At that point, we start confirming placements in order of best fit.
5. Deposits
Once approved and matched, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy. This deposit goes toward the final purchase price.
6. Raising & Care
All puppies are raised in our home environment and exposed to everyday sights, sounds, and handling. We focus on early socialization, confidence building, and a solid start before they leave us.
7. Contract & Spay/Neuter Requirement
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all puppies are placed on a pet-only contract.
Spaying or neutering is required by one year of age. This is non-negotiable and is part of our commitment to responsible breeding and long-term health.
8. Going Home
Puppies go to their new homes at approximately 10 weeks of age. They will have received age-appropriate veterinary care and will leave with a care package and transition guidance.
9. Ongoing Support
We are here for the lifetime of our puppies. Whether you have questions about training, health, or just want to share updates — we stay in touch.
Please Note:
We reserve the right to decline placement if we feel a home is not the right fit. Our priority is always the well-being of our dogs.
If you’re interested in one of our puppies, we encourage you to reach out early — we’re happy to chat and see if it’s a good match.
